Psychosexual Health
We offer specialist psychosexual therapy for individuals and couples experiencing a range of sexual difficulties.
Psychosexual therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach that supports patients in addressing both physical and psychological aspects of sexual health. We welcome adults of all genders and sexualities, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore sensitive concerns.
Common issues include:
- Erectile dysfunction (ED)
- Premature or delayed ejaculation
- Vaginismus
- Dyspareunia (painful sex)
- Anorgasmia (difficulty or inability to orgasm)
- Low libido or loss of sexual drive (including menopause related libido concerns)
- Sex and porn addiction
- Sexual trauma and its long-term impacts
- Relationship difficulties related to intimacy and sexual compatibility
Psychosexual therapy is not an emergency or first-line intervention but can provide significant benefit when timed appropriately. We offer both short-term and longer-term work, depending on the nature of the difficulty and the goals of the individual.
