The rape and sexual abuse support centre freephone helpline is open from 12pm to 2.30pm and 7pm to 9.30pm every day of the year, providing support for female survivors, partners, family and friends.

If you want more information on what to do, please call us, or make an appointment to come and speak with us.

Most importantly, if you feel you are able, talk to the police to report the crime.
