LGBTQ+ Information and guidance

Whatever your age, gender, culture or sexuality, at ECHO we offer a friendly and inclusive service.

The services we offer are:

STI screening for people with symptoms. If you do not have any symptoms, it is easy to test by getting a home test kit from SHL
Treatment for positive STIs
Vaccines (for eligible clients): Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and HPV which is for people under 45 years
Information about Hepatitis A, B and HPV vaccine
Post-exposure prophylaxis after sexual exposure (PEPSE) and Pre exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for eligible clients: People with very high risk of catching HIV may decide to take medication that reduces the risk considerably. You can find out more information below clicking the links:UK guide to PrEP
